Susan'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 large eggs
    2 green onions, minced
    1 medium size onion, minced
    1/2 small green pepper, minced
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices white bread)
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. catsup
    green onion for garnish
Preparation
    Combine in large bowl all above ingredients.
    Pat into a loaf size pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
