Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 oz. coconut (1 can or 1 pkg. frozen)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and milk, then flour.
    Mix all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    This makes filling and crust.
