Granny Eudell'S Chewy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. water
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix and pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut while still warm.
