Stir-Fry Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, stir-fry beef or chicken
    1 large green pepper or 2 Ortega peppers
    1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, fry meat in salad oil until tender.
    Add garlic, onion and rest of ingredients.
    Cook until desired tenderness.
    Serve mixture on warm tortillas topped with salsa and sour cream to your taste.
