Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and freeze in an 8 x 8-inch pan. To serve, let stand about
15 minutes and cut into squares.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Serves 9 to 12.
