Cheese Ball Or Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Combine with all ingredients except nuts.
Form into ball or log.
Place in refrigerator and chill.
Take out and roll ball or log in nuts. Wrap in waxed paper or foil and place in refrigerator until time to serve.
