Fillet Of Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 flounder fillets
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    very fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, salt and pepper.
    Soak the fish in this mixture for 15 minutes.
    Dip each fillet in the bread crumbs. Melt butter in skillet.
    Add fillets and saute on both sides until brown.
