Gerry'S Chicken With Lime Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    1 lime, juiced
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. chives, minced
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
    In a large frypan, place oil and heat to medium temperature.
    Add chicken and saute about 4 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Turn chicken, cover and reduce heat to low.
    Cook 10 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    Remove chicken and keep warm; drain off oil and discard.
