Nutty Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Add the sugar gradually.
Mix baking powder with graham cracker crumbs and fold into meringue mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Bake for 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven in a greased Pyrex pie pan.
Don't overbake.
Cool. Pour small carton of Cool Whip over pie; refrigerate overnight.
