Southern Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
3 tsp. flavoring (your choice)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar well.
Break the eggs, one at a time, in a small bowl.
Combine all ingredients and beat for about 5 minutes. Grease a large pound cake pan and bake for 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
