Ingredients

3 sourdough baguettes
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 dozen eggs
Preparation

Slice baguettes diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices. Mix buttermilk, milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon thoroughly. Soak slices in mixture for 10 minutes or so. Lightly spray griddle with nonstick vegetable coating. Over medium heat, cook slices on griddle until golden brown. Keep in warming oven (covered with a sheet of aluminum foil) at 200\u00b0 until just ready to serve.
