Mandarin Orange Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted oleo
6 oz. frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 small Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Combine crackers, sugar and oleo.
Spread 3/4 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix Eagle Brand milk and orange juice.
Fold in Cool Whip and oranges.
Fold in Cool Whip and oranges.
Spread in crust. Top with remaining cracker mixture.
Refrigerate.
