Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Owens sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls (refrigerated)
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
