Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 diced onions
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) roast
    2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cook roast along with 2 diced onions and 2 cups water in crock-pot for 8 to 12 hours on low. Drain. Shred meat and add 1 diced onion and barbecue sauce. Cook 1 to 3 hours on medium.
