Sauteed Calf'S Liver With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/4 tsp. dried sage leaves
    1 lb. calf liver, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar (preferably white)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy skillet.
    Add onions and cook, stirring frequently, for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in sage and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until onions are limp and slightly colored. Set skillet off heat.
