Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 c. half and half
2 lb. American cheese
Preparation

Grate American cheese and set aside.
Chop onion and saute in butter.
Cook frozen broccoli in water.
Combine onion and broccoli using all liquid.
Add bouillon cube and stir until dissolved.
Add garlic powder, dash of pepper, half and half and grated American cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
