German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain and reserve 1/4 cup fat from bacon.
    Cook onion in the fat until tender.
    Blend flour, sugar, salt and celery seed; add vinegar and 1 cup water and cook until thickened.
    Add bacon, potatoes and eggs.
