Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, apples, nuts and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.
Put in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for
1 hour or until done.
