Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep pie shell
1 lb. browned sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
sharp cheese
Preparation

Layer the sausage and cheese in order in the pie shell.
Beat the eggs and milk together.
Add to the pie shell.
Sprinkle with sharp cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
