Stir-Fry Lemon-Honey Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork loin
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    8 oz. snow peas
    1/2 c. sliced onions
Preparation
    Cut pork into thin strips.
    Dredge in the flour.
    Cook quickly but thoroughly in the hot oil.
    Remove meat from skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients to drippings and cook 2 minutes until crisp but tender.
    Stir pork strips in and serve.
