Broccoli And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    3 1/2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c.milk
    2 c. chopped cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Chop into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
    Add flour and salt; cook 1 minute.
    Add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Place broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Pour white sauce over all.
    Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter with bread crumbs. Put crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Green beans or asparagus may be substituted for broccoli.
