Ingredients

2 c. green tomatoes
2 c. white sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and cut out blemishes. Cut tomatoes into quarters (leave skins on) and place in a blender (or equivalent); liquify. Place the tomato liquid in a saucepan; add sugar and boil 5 minutes. Add 1 package berry jello and mix well. Place in hot jars. Jars may be sealed with paraffin or rings. It is recommended that the finished product be either frozen or kept in the refrigerator. I use paraffin and rings and leave it at room temperature if the rings seal.
