Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    6 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain spinach (squeeze dry) and combine with other ingredients.
    Put bowl in freezer until hard enough to roll.
    Roll out into 1-inch balls and put on cookie sheet in freezer.
    After frozen, they can be stored in bags.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown).
