Shrimp Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 small carrot
    1 stalk celery
    1 clove garlic, cut finely
    parsley, cut finely
    Italian grated cheese
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut onion, celery and carrots finely.
    Fry in oil until lightly brown.
    Add small amount of grated cheese, garlic and parsley.
    Add clean shrimp, tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water.
    Cook until done.
    Use more water, if needed.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over spaghetti.
