Baked Apple And Carrot Casserole(Low-Fat!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 apples, peeled and sliced
    2 c. cooked carrot slices
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Place half of the sliced apples in a buttered casserole dish. Cover with half of the carrot slices.
    Combine dry ingredients; sprinkle half of the mix over carrots.
    Repeat the layers; pour orange juice over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
