Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
1 small bottle catsup
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomatoes
Preparation

Simmer onion and drippings.
Add beef and simmer until brown. Mix all other ingredients.
Add beans last so they will not be mushy.
Add all ingredients to meat and bring to a boil.
Simmer 45 minutes.
