Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
13 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. Light 'n Lively cottage cheese
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine dry Jell-O with defrosted Cool Whip and cottage cheese.
Drain liquids from oranges and pineapple; stir into Jell-O mixture.
Reserve a small amount of oranges to decorate the top.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
