Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 small jars strained baby food carrots
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add alternately with baby food.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
For icing, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter or oleo.
