English Cheese Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins
    2 cans (2.25 oz. each) sliced or chopped olives
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt (optional)
    parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Cut English muffins in half.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl mix together olives, cheese, onions, mayonnaise and salt.
    Spread mixture evenly over 12 muffin halves.
    Place on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
    Cut in half before serving.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
