Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening until light and creamy.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add milk and flour alternately.
    Stir in flavorings.
    Start baking in cold oven at 275\u00b0 in tube pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
