Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can chopped and drained water chestnuts
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Stir well, cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with vegetables or Snackwell pepper crackers.
