Homemade Chicken Soup(The Kind That Cures The Flu) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. carrots
    2 lb. celery
    2 bunches fresh parsley
    4 onions
Preparation
    Cook chicken in large stockpot; cool, debone and cut up into small pieces.
    Return to pot in which broth from chicken was cooked.
    If more broth is needed, you may use clear, canned broth. Add clean, cut up carrots and celery.
    Add onions which have been chopped and chopped fresh parsley tops and stems.
    Cook in broth until tender.
    You will need to salt and pepper to taste.
    May serve over cooked rice or noodles.
