Microwave Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Place apples and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and microwave on High until apples are tender.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Cool.
