Roast Beef Po Boy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1/4 c. onion
    1 or 2 garlic buds
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes
    enough water to make gravy
Preparation
    Put roast in baking pan.
    Add onion, garlic and soup.
    Add bouillon cubes to water; pour over.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0.
    May need to add more water.
    Slice roast; serve on French bread with gravy.
