Carrot Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced calorie, soft-style cream cheese
    3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
    1/4 c. wheat and barley nugget cereal, crushed
    1 small cucumber, sliced
    crackers
Preparation
    Mix together carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and fines herbes.
    Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
