Chocolate Ladyfinger Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
dash of salt
2 pkg. ladyfingers
Preparation

Melt chocolate in a double boiler pan.
Stir in instant coffee.
Cool.
Beat egg yolks and fold in chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites, fold in chocolate mixture. Beat whipping cream with salt and fold in mixture.
