Coconut Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut milk or 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 regular milk
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    3/4 to 1 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    coconut extract to taste
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar and Crisco.
    Add milk, baking powder, flour, vanilla and coconut.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
