Butterscotch Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Snackin' cake mix
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. water, hot
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, egg and 1/3 cup water in square pan, 8 x 8-inch.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Mix remaining ingredients and gradually pour over brown sugar.
    Bake until cake springs back, 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Spoon into dessert dishes.
    Serve warm; whipped cream optional.
