Fresh Tofu Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    10 oz. can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. tofu, drained 1/2 hour
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. green onions, sliced
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    4 oz. can water chestnuts, diced
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add mushroom soup; beat and blend with milk and soy sauce.
    Mash tofu coarsely, and combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Bake in oiled loaf pan, set in a pan of hot water, at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding.
