Lemon-Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (4-serving size)
2 c. Bisquick (original mix)
1/4 c. poppy seed (I use 1/8 c. or 2 Tbsp.)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Grease bottoms of or use paper baking
cups in regular muffin pan.
Mix oil, milk, eggs and pudding mix with fork until blended. Stir in the poppy seeds.
Divide evenly into 12 prepared muffin pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes and drizzle with glaze.
