Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
16 oz. spaghetti
1 small can pimentos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can English peas
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until done. Allow them to cool and debone them. Cut into small pieces. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth according to the time on the package. When done, drain and add cheese. Stir it until it has melted completely. Saut chopped onions and bell peppers for about two minutes in 1/2 stick of margarine. Add this to spaghetti. Add chicken, pimentos, Ro-Tel tomatoes and English peas to spaghetti. Heat until hot, but do not cook.
