Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage (any flavor okay, 1 lb.)
9-inch pie shell, premade or from scratch
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 chopped green pepper (bell pepper)
1/4 c. red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done; crumble, then drain.
Mix cheese and sausage; sprinkle in pie shell.
Lightly beat eggs.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Pour in shell and bake at 375\u00b0 about 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
