Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste (I use 2 cans)
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 count) can biscuits (I use Hungry Jack)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    and
    drain beef; stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning.
    Mixture
    will
    be thick.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes,
    stirring
    frequently.
    Place
    biscuits
    in
    greased muffin
    tins;
    press to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture
    into
    each cup and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    This will make 12 (I buy 2 cans
    of biscuits).
    Absolutely delicious and easy to make.
