Hot Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot, lean, uncooked pork sausage
    1 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. prepared biscuit mix
    several drops hot red pepper sauce or red pepper if desired hotter
Preparation
    Mix sausage and cheese well with biscuit mix.
    Shape into balls about the size of a quarter.
    Pat partially flat.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes approximately 7 to 8 dozen.
