Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. strawberry preserves
    1/8 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients together in blender.
    Place in a container. Refrigerate. Stays fresh for 3 to 4 weeks.
    Makes 2/3 cup.
    Excellent on toast or English muffins.
