Caramel Chews(Unbaked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. uncooked oats
    1/3 c. caramel or chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels in the water in double boiler.
    Remove from heat and stir in coconut, oats and nuts.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Shape into 2 (12-inch) rolls.
    Frosted with melted chips.
    Refrigerate. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
