Oregano Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (2 sticks) margarine
    2 c. long grain white rice
    8 green onions, sliced with stock and bulb used
    2 cans beef bouillon
    3 cans water
    1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    2 small cans mushroom pieces, drained
Preparation
    Saute rice in margarine until light brown (rice).
    Place in 3-quart casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or a little longer.
