Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
2 eggs
2 c. pizza sauce
6 oz. can mushrooms, sauteed in butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
8 to 10 stuffed green olives
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Break up beef and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in onion and cook until tender.
Add sauce, mushrooms, water, olives, herbs and salt.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Spoon into prepared pan.
(Grease a 9 x 15 x 2-inch baking pan.) Top with slices of cheese.
Place in preheated oven.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil with electric mixer until foamy.
Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
Spoon batter over hot beef mixture, spreading to cover completely; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 6.
