Blender Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (No. 2) pears (2 1/2 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain juice from pears and boil 1 cup of juice to dissolve gelatin.
Put remaining ingredients in blender, including gelatin. Blend; add nuts.
Pour into serving dish and garnish with shredded cheese, chopped peanuts, sliced canned pears, etc. Chill.
