Ingredients

1 fresh onion (2 lb.)
1/3 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 c. beef stock
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut onion into thin slices; saute in margarine.
Add flour and pepper; cook for 10 minutes.
Add stock and Worcestershire sauce until onion is tender.
